Turkish Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote contract position focuses on leading quality assurance for Turkish AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated Turkish content meets high standards of accuracy, fluency, cultural relevance, and adherence to detailed rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Turkish content and trainer/QA work against project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback in English to improve contributor performance.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QAs.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Activate and re‑engage contributors who are not working consistently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Turkish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Turkish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong command of English for following guidelines and providing feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Turkish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, or annotation workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Turkish grammar, spelling, punctuation, vowel harmony, suffixation, and cultural context.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is preferred.
