About the role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Technology and Innovation department in Paris for a six‑month period from July to December 2027. You will work alongside a team of lawyers handling IT, telecom and e‑commerce matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions in French and English.
- Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts related to IT, telecommunications and data protection.
- Support litigation and pre‑litigation matters, including audits and case management.
Required profile
- Law student or Master 2 candidate specializing in IT law, telecoms, new technologies, IP or data protection.
- Strong legal knowledge, preferably complemented by a double degree (business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
