About the role
Norton Rose Fulbright's Paris office is seeking a Legal Secretary (H/F) on a permanent contract to support the Head of Banking & Finance team. The role involves daily secretarial support, document handling in both French and English, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Proofread, correct and format legal documents in French and English according to firm standards.
- Manage daily emails, phone calls, call forwarding and message taking.
- Schedule and organise meetings, travel, and conference calls, maintaining team calendars.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and handle printing, scanning, copying and creation of document bundles.
- Translate legal documents for the team.
- Open and track client files, create matters, and update the client database.
- Handle team invoicing and expense reports.
- File and archive team documents.
Required profile
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Very good level of English.
- Rigorous, adaptable, flexible and able to manage stress and priorities.
