About the role
Norton Rose Fulbright is offering a six‑month internship (January to June 2026) within its Corporate – MENA Zone department, operating from Paris and Casablanca. The role supports the team handling corporate, banking, capital markets and regulatory matters across North Africa and Francophone Sub‑Saharan Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research in French and English.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts and other documentation.
- Assist in audits and support associates and partners in daily case management.
Required profile
- Law student or Master’s candidate specializing in business law.
- Strong legal knowledge, preferably complemented by a dual qualification (e.g., business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French required.
Required skills
- Legal research and drafting.
- Contract preparation in French and English.
