Technicien Réparateur d'Ascenseurs (H/F) – Aix-en-Provence

About the role

The technician will ensure safe and reliable operation of elevators for DELTA Ascenseurs customers in Aix‑en‑Provence, handling maintenance, repairs and on‑site communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing proactive on‑site communication (ETA, job performed) and ensuring satisfaction.
• Perform accurate real‑time reporting of work at equipment level, updating e‑Optimum and customer notifications.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance, identify site risks, and apply escalation procedures when needed.
• Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs, respecting schedules, quality standards and safety instructions.
• Plan workload in coordination with the service supervisor and raise sales leads when appropriate.
• Maintain proximity stock, request spare parts, and keep service tools, van and instruments in good condition.
• Submit timesheets and back‑report work promptly according to process.
• Contribute feedback for product and method improvements.

Required profile

• Familiarity with lift technology and associated maintenance procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, contact persons and end‑users on site.
• Strong commitment to safety, able to identify and act on high‑risk situations.
• Good organizational skills to plan workload and manage inventory.
• Willingness to attend training and possibly coach colleagues.
