About the role

As a User Support Technician (F/H) at CO-MARTIN in Quimper, you will join a growing IT team responsible for first‑line support, administration and operational tasks. You will be the primary point of contact for internal users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level assistance to users via phone, email or on‑site.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
• Perform routine administration tasks such as user account management, password resets and software installations.
• Monitor and maintain IT assets to ensure optimal performance.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical users.
• Basic understanding of Windows and common office applications.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests.
