Technical Project Manager

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager on the technical team at Amex GBT, you will maintain and evolve integration applications used by both external and internal customers. You will ensure high quality, security, and efficiency while supporting the platform’s continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the existing integration architecture and propose new tools and capacities.
• Reduce technical friction and assist customer‑facing teams with configuration updates.
• Maintain platform security, including PCI‑DSS compliance and data protection.
• Manage service and feature requests, conduct feasibility, cost and timeline analyses.
• Develop data synchronization and integration evolutions, and support internal web and batch integration projects.

Required profile

• Proven technical skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Eager to learn the platform and propose evolutions.
• Knowledge of the business travel or expense report industry is a plus.
• Fluent English in a multicultural, international team.
