About the role

The company is seeking a Tech Lead to drive PLM technical solutions. The role focuses on defining PLM architectures, managing development environments and continuous integration tools, and overseeing specific development work in Java, C++ and Python. It requires ensuring that all PLM deliverables meet high quality standards while aligning with the chosen technical architectures.

Key responsibilities

Define technical PLM solutions that align with the selected system architectures, ensuring consistency across the product lifecycle.
Lead the setup and maintenance of development environments and continuous integration tools, optimizing build and deployment pipelines.
Supervise and guide specific development tasks performed in Java, C++, and Python, providing technical direction and code reviews.
Ensure the overall quality of PLM deliverables by establishing testing standards and monitoring compliance.
Coordinate with architecture teams to validate that PLM implementations adhere to the defined technical roadmap.
