About the role
The Team Leader, Operations is the primary architect of operational output and staffing excellence, merging analytical capacity planning with direct floor management to ensure seamless verification across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 operators, building a high‑performance culture and aligning internal staff with BPO partners.
- Develop and maintain capacity‑planning models, forecast merchant activity, and dynamically adjust staffing to meet global SLAs.
- Oversee multi‑site production, ensuring contractual SLA adherence, cost‑efficiency, and real‑time operational health via dashboards.
- Lead business continuity and crisis readiness, maintaining incident response standards and post‑mortem integration.
- Act as the ANSSI Fraud Officer, coordinating regulatory communication, compliance, and certification projects.
