Tax and Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst – Fixed-term (5‑6 months)

About the role

Join a multinational group as a Tax and Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst on a fixed‑term maternity cover (5‑6 months). Based in Paris, you will report directly to the Head of Tax and collaborate with tax teams across Europe, the United States, Asia‑Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations and prepare corporate tax returns for EMEA entities.
• Support indirect tax compliance, including VAT/GST filings.
• Calculate semi‑annual and annual income tax provisions (current and deferred) under IFRS.
• Review and optimise transfer pricing methods and quarterly calculations for cross‑border transactions.
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation (master file and local files) for EMEA.
• Provide tax analysis for specific transactions and advise stakeholders.
• Participate in tax aspects of M&A, due diligence, SPAs and structure memos.
• Prepare and manage EMEA tax audits, disputes and technical notes.
• Assist in tax data modelling and coordinate with local finance teams.
• Monitor tax law changes and propose operational improvements.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors.

Required profile

• University degree in tax law or a Grande École de Commerce (minimum Bac +5).
• 4‑5 years of experience in tax within a company or leading advisory firm.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tax, legal, finance and operations teams.
• Good organisational abilities and agility in a fast‑moving environment.
