Sustainability & Product Compliance Senior Manager

About the role

The Sustainability & Product Compliance Senior Manager will lead the Global Sustainability team at Salomon, ensuring that all products meet worldwide sustainability and regulatory standards while advancing the maturity of the Compliance Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve sustainability and product compliance standards and processes.
• Ensure materials, components and finished products comply with applicable global regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and drive chemical management initiatives.
• Strengthen value‑chain traceability and oversee materials certification.
• Develop and maintain a structured Compliance Management System for Salomon.
• Supervise and develop a small compliance team.
• Coordinate compliance governance with Salomon business units and Amer Sports functions.
• Collaborate with product development, quality, legal, sourcing, commercial, marketing and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sustainability, product compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of global chemical regulations and material certification schemes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive governance.
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across product, quality, legal and sourcing.
