Surveillance & POA Compliance Manager (m/f)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Surveillance & POA Compliance Manager to join its 65‑person transnational team in Toulouse. You will lead POA risk management, support executive governance, and act as the primary interface with EASA and senior quality stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Steer department governance, operational rhythms, and data‑driven decision making to optimise lean compliance processes.
• Coordinate high‑level EASA reviews, preparing strategic presentations, executive summaries and monthly progress reports for senior management.
• Drive the POA Risk Management framework, facilitating workshops to identify, assess and mitigate industrial compliance risks.
• Manage subcontracting activities and operational budgets, defining contract specifications and supervising external service providers.
• Represent the Head of Surveillance & POA Compliance in key meetings, acting as a strategic interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Background in Quality Management, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality, Programme or Operations within the aerospace industry.
• Deep knowledge of EASA Part‑21G regulations, POA standards and risk‑management frameworks.
• Proven track record in executive stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
