Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Manager will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity and strategic objectives. This role combines analytical rigor with cross‑functional coordination to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the S&OP process at all sites, facilitating regular review meetings.
• Develop planning dashboards, KPIs and reporting standards to provide visibility across the network.
• Consolidate and analyse demand forecasts and capacity plans, performing scenario planning and volume allocation.
• Challenge demand, supply and sourcing plans to confirm operational readiness.
• Coordinate with process and equipment engineering to align machine orders, installations and capacity activation.
• Monitor planning performance, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Support long‑term capacity planning, equipment investments and expansion strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in S&OP or operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in demand planning, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Experience working in a multi‑site manufacturing setting.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

• SAP (preferred ERP and planning system).
