S&OP Manager – Business Unit WCT

About the role

Alfa Laval in Fontanil is looking for a S&OP Manager for the Business Unit WCT Operations. The manager leads the global cross‑functional Sales & Operations Planning process to align demand and supply, optimise resource allocation and support decision‑making to meet business objectives and customer service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including product, demand, supply and executive business review meetings.
• Coordinate collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, finance and supply chain to achieve consensus planning.
• Identify demand‑supply gaps, present scenario options and support decisions on capacity, inventory and service level trade‑offs.
• Monitor S&OP KPIs such as forecast accuracy, plan attainment and inventory targets, driving continuous improvement.
• Support annual business planning and quarterly reviews with integrated demand‑supply analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of supply‑chain planning experience, with 3 + years in S&OP or similar cross‑functional roles.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and consensus‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial planning, operations management and strategic business planning.
