Supplier Account Manager (Referent)

About the role

ATR, a leading regional aircraft manufacturer, is seeking a Supplier Account Manager Referent to join the Head of Material Supply Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring suppliers meet on‑time and quality requirements, supporting the delivery of aircraft parts to stock and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global supplier performance on quality, on‑time delivery, and compliance with ATR standards.
• Create and acknowledge purchase orders, manage estimated delivery dates, and prioritize a dedicated supplier portfolio.
• Track supplier KPIs such as OTD, OQD, OTIF, DOD, and manage related SAP and Excel reports.
• Coordinate daily workflow between suppliers and internal ATR services for spare parts orders.
• Organise operational review meetings and conduct on‑site assessments (Gemba walks) at supplier facilities.
• Lead crisis management for supply shortages, run weekly crisis meetings, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement teams in dispute resolution and participate in internal task forces.
• Drive continuous improvement projects across supply and IT departments.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Experience in supplier performance monitoring and crisis handling.
