Stock Assistant – Warehouse & Sales Support

About the role

The Stock Assistant will support the Stock Manager in managing daily warehouse operations and will work closely with the sales staff to ensure product availability, proper rotation, and optimal presentation on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
• Prepare products for the sales floor, special areas, shop‑to‑shop transfers and e‑commerce deliveries.
• Maintain safety and security of products throughout handling processes.
• Track product flow using the SAP system.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and compliant with corporate standards.
• Handle returns, transfers, and packaging material orders in line with guidelines and deadlines.

Required profile

• Solid previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse role.
• Experience preferably in the luxury retail sector.
• High affinity for luxury products and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
