Staff Product Manager, Agentic & AI Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the AI platform that powers every Photoroom product. You will shape the gateway and the agentic layer that turn complex generative-AI capabilities into simple, no-code configurations for product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the AI gateway, including safeguards, evaluation, cost monitoring and observability.
• Build the agentic layer that runs multi-step visual workflows at catalog scale.
• Define problems, partner with engineering and research, and ship solutions that feel effortless for developers and end users.
• Prioritise platform work across product teams, maintain a strategic roadmap and make trade-off decisions.
• Translate new model capabilities into reusable primitives that drive usage and revenue.
• Analyse adoption, latency, inference cost and evaluation results to guide product decisions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience with multiple successful launches.
• Background building platform, infrastructure or developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs or ML infrastructure.
• Experience delivering agentic or model-backed features in production, understanding guardrails and cost per call.
• Daily use of generative-AI tools (e.g., Claude) for prototyping and automation.
• Strong product intuition, data-driven decision making and ability to create clarity from ambiguity.
• Comfort working autonomously in small, high-autonomy teams and remote-first environments.
