Solution & Data Architect – Digital Campus

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Solution & Data Architect to join its Digital Campus team in Marignane, France. You will shape the design and integration of data and analytics solutions, ensuring they meet both technological possibilities and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Balance technological opportunities with business process requirements.
• Plan and design IT system components, including hardware, software and services.
• Deliver global technical designs that follow Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
• Secure integration of solutions across applications, systems and platforms.
• Ensure consistency across IT products and maintain up‑to‑date technical procedures.
• Provide corporate data models, conceptual, canonical and reference models.
• Define patterns for collecting and storing data in line with Data & Analytics Platform guidelines.
• Lead data urbanisation mapping and identify source systems for data products.
• Produce detailed data designs through CDM, LDM, PDM and naming conventions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture and data engineering.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Experience with data modelling and data integration projects.
