About the role

Belden is looking for a senior Solution Account Manager to lead the Schneider Electric business in France. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and margin performance across a full portfolio of products, solutions, and services, while acting as a trusted partner to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the Schneider Electric account in France with full commercial accountability.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities across the complete portfolio to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and conversion.
  • Translate global account strategy into local action plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Map stakeholders, decision‑makers, and influencers to expand market footprint.
  • Manage day‑to‑day customer relationships across multiple organizational levels.
  • Align customer needs with Belden’s capabilities to deliver clear value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the Global Account Director and internal teams (sales, product, engineering, services) to shape offers and support deal execution.
  • Ensure reliable delivery, resolve operational issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of proven sales/account management experience in B2B environments.
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Experience selling complex solutions, preferably in industrial, automation, or energy sectors.
  • Strong ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder decision processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
