Social Media Project Manager – Brand & Community

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Project Manager who will shape the online reputation of H and its CEO on LinkedIn and X. You will act as a reputation architect, driving community growth, creating buzz‑worthy content and turning data into strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activity on H’s and the CEO’s LinkedIn profiles, including reactions, comments and targeted outreach, while meeting measurable growth targets for followers, reach and engagement.
• Identify and engage key ecosystem players such as journalists, decision‑makers, partners and industry influencers.
• Design and launch editorial initiatives – viral posts, original formats and awareness campaigns – and continuously propose creative ideas.
• Monitor trends and seize news‑jacking opportunities to amplify visibility.
• Oversee H’s presence on X (Twitter), defining tone, frequency and positioning that complement the LinkedIn strategy and align with tech‑oriented audience goals.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of LinkedIn and X algorithms and engagement mechanics.
• Exceptional writing ability to adopt authentic voices, especially for senior‑level executives.
• Proven track record of creating content that generated significant traction.
• Data‑driven mindset: use KPIs to guide decisions rather than intuition.
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling a senior executive’s personal brand.
