Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead on‑site installation and commissioning activities for large‑scale industrial, energy and EPC projects. Working in a highly international environment, you will coordinate stakeholders across Europe and Asia while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site installation and commissioning activities from start‑up to hand‑over.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders, contractors and agencies in Europe, India, China, Korea, Russia and Japan.
• Oversee site administration, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all site‑related matters and ensure effective communication between engineering teams, suppliers and project management.
• Prepare regular project reports and provide updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager on large‑scale industrial, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in managing installation and commissioning activities.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management skills in an international setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
