Site Manager (Conducteur de travaux)

About the role

Greenvolt Next France is looking for a Site Manager to lead the execution of decentralized energy projects, focusing on photovoltaic (PV) installations. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards while acting as the main liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development with technical input and assist in licensing and documentation for project approvals.
• Conduct site surveys, review technical designs, and ensure feasibility on‑site.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on‑site construction activities, including structures, PV modules, inverters, and cabling.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with technical drawings; resolve technical issues with subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly activity and progress reports and manage subcontractor scheduling.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards; conduct regular quality inspections.
• Collaborate with senior management on project planning, budgeting, material delivery, and risk mitigation.
• Support the transition from construction to operation, contributing to ongoing monitoring and maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing PV or other renewable energy construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with licensing processes and technical documentation for energy projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to safety and quality standards.
