SEO and GEO Content Team Manager

About the role

Cozycozy is looking for an energetic SEO and GEO Content Team Manager to lead the creation and optimisation of organic content across more than 50 international markets. You will shape the content strategy, mentor a growing team of writers, and pioneer the use of AI in our content workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the SEO Strategist to design and continuously improve content strategies that align with SEO goals, user intent, and brand voice across all markets.
• Develop and execute a dedicated strategy for AI‑driven answer engines, ensuring content is easily understood and summarised by AI models.
• Research conversational travel queries, test AI interpretations, and optimise content to become a primary source for travel‑related answers.
• Manage a team of SEO Content Specialists and Copywriters, providing tasks, guidance, feedback, and process improvements.
• Oversee end‑to‑end production of SEO‑optimised articles, guides, FAQs, accommodation descriptions, meta data, landing pages, and other formats.
• Integrate AI tools for content ideation, generation, optimisation, and scaling while maintaining editorial calendars and delivery timelines.
• Continuously optimise existing and new content for search performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading high‑performing content teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
• Passion for leveraging AI in content creation and workflow automation.
• Collaborative attitude, able to work closely with SEO, product, and marketing teams across multiple locations.
