Senior Value Engineer - Supply Chain

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Senior Value Engineer in Supply Chain in Paris. As a trusted advisor, you help customers achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You work alongside the Celonis sales teams and own the end-to-end customer value journey, from landing and expanding to adoption and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases, demos and business cases
• Run value assessments or proof-of-value projects and present the value opportunity and roadmap to C-level executives
• Facilitate value workshops, derive improvement measures and initiate change initiatives
• Present results and realized value to senior management
• Own the full customer value journey and build an expansion roadmap for each account
• Give feedback to product teams on new use cases

Required profile

• Analytical role experience demonstrating value through data analysis, process improvement and software deployment, ideally in solution consulting, sales engineering or IT/management consulting, or in-house analytics
• Experience planning and managing multiple projects across accounts at different stages of the value journey
• Experience presenting roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of finance and/or supply chain domains, and ideally aviation, logistics or transportation
• Degree in technology and management, industrial/business engineering, business informatics, computer science, mathematics, economics or a comparable field

Required skills

• Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications (e.g. SAP)
• Experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps and action flows
• Knowledge of Python and/or SQL
• Change management and stakeholder management
