Senior Tax Manager – Indirect Tax

About the role

Revolut is looking for a result‑oriented Senior Tax Manager to lead indirect tax advisory, optimisation projects and audits across its fast‑growing global operations. You will support new market entries, design tax process controls and work closely with finance and business teams to manage tax risk.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to assess indirect tax implications of new initiatives and entity structures.
• Conduct technical research and analysis for ad‑hoc tax projects.
• Assist in indirect tax audits and liaise with external advisors.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and build models to quantify tax savings.
• Implement control frameworks, policies and oversee filing requirements for a subset of global registrations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in indirect tax compliance and advisory, preferably with a global focus.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex tax matters.
• Experience in a fast‑growing financial services or fintech environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for building and running tax models.
