Senior Tax and Transfer Pricing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax and Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our global tax team in Courbevoie, France. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will work with tax and finance teams across EMEA and worldwide, supporting more than 30 entities and contributing to compliance, transfer pricing and strategic tax projects.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations, including review of tax returns across EMEA.
• Support indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, etc.) for multiple entities.
• Participate in tax provision calculations (current and deferred taxes under IFRS).
• Review and optimise transfer pricing models, providing quarterly analysis and recommendations.
• Contribute to transfer pricing documentation (master file and local files).
• Provide tax advisory on complex transactions and international operations.
• Support tax aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence and structuring.
• Prepare for and manage tax audits, disputes, and external audits.
• Conduct tax research and draft technical reports.
• Develop and support tax data modelling and optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure proper implementation of tax rules.
• Engage with external consultants and monitor tax regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Tax Law, Finance, or Business.
• 4–5 years of experience in corporate taxation, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax and indirect taxation (VAT/GST).
• Experience with transfer pricing principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficiency in Excel and an affinity for data tools.
