Senior Sales Specialist – Structural Heart (Mitral & Tricuspid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join our Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit in the Normandie region. You will be responsible for growing Edwards Lifesciences’ share of wallet among large customers, leveraging deep knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular anatomy to support clinical decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of large Edwards customers, providing expert guidance on product use and clinical benefits.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with surgeons, referrers and other key influencers to strengthen Edwards’ market positioning.
• Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities, while executing an annual plan to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and customer feedback to propose improvements.
• Perform incidental duties as required, adhering to all EHS policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the medical‑device sector.
• Proven track record of selling complex cardiovascular products.
• Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strict attention to detail.
