Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. Working remotely from anywhere in Europe, you will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure project profitability, and nurture strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching and, when needed, disciplining team members.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast profitability.
• Manage financial objectives: forecast results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and develop farming opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Support organizational efficiency by delivering strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Europe and able to work remotely.
