Senior Product Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to establish our product analytics function and bring deep analytical rigor to product decision‑making. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on planning, A/B test design, and building analytics frameworks that drive data‑informed development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive analysis of feature success, retention drivers, and long‑term engagement to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to embed a data lens throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design and structure statistically rigorous A/B tests, including sample size calculations and causal inference analysis.
• Create analytics frameworks and event taxonomies, working with the data platform team to ensure clean, well‑defined data sources.
• Enable Product Managers to self‑serve analytics through tooling, documentation, and AI‑enhanced workflows.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in product analytics or data science, with strong expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, and cohort analysis.
• Proven ability to apply behavioral clustering, propensity score matching, and regression modeling to deliver product insights.
• Fluent in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong product sense, capable of generating hypotheses from data and translating business questions into analytical approaches.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights, limitations, and methods to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
