Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager - Music & Nightlife

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager to lead and scale its presence in the French market for the Music & Nightlife vertical. The role sits at the intersection of business development, operations and strategy, owning the market end-to-end, from building landmark partnerships to executing them on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market, with an approach to scaling Fever's presence in the region.
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners, ensuring value for both sides and a sustainable partnership with event organizers.
• Balance and grow a large client base while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across France and internationally.
• Stay up to date with entertainment trends and act as the expert on new and trending experiences.

Required profile

• At least 4+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, ideally plus 4+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech companies or music/labels.
• Strong business development and partnership management skills.
• Self-starter able to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment, with a data-driven approach to prioritization.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the city's entertainment, events and lifestyle trends.
