Senior Legal Counsel – France & Benelux

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble’s Europe Legal Department as a Senior Legal Counsel based in the Paris area. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor across France, Belgium and the Netherlands, supporting brand, sales and HR teams on commercial, antitrust and employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and partner with Brand and Sales teams on commercial contracts, competition issues and advertising compliance.
• Provide legal guidance to HR on employment and labor law, ensuring compliance for key projects.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and global legal colleagues to align legal strategy with business growth.
• Develop expertise across competition, consumer protection, employment law and compliance implementation.
• Work with external law firms and mentor internal colleagues.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with several years of experience in commercial, antitrust and employment law.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to commercial and HR functions.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency required for local matters.
