Senior HR Manager & Country HR Leader

About the role

BIC World is seeking a senior HR professional to lead both the Human Resources & Engagement strategy for its Clichy headquarters and to act as the Country HR Leader for France. This dual role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on service delivery, ensuring a consistent employee experience across all French operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the HR/Engagement strategy for Clichy HQ, aligned with national and group priorities.
• Lead labor relations and social dialogue, including co‑leading the CSE, annual negotiations, thematic commissions and collective agreements on remote work, quality of life, gender equality, etc.
• Design and roll out high‑impact projects that boost employee engagement, well‑being, health and company culture.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure consistent messaging, coordinated leader support and uniform HR practice application.
• Act as Country HR Leader for France, building the local HR social architecture, policies, benefits and experience standards.
• Own the French HR service model, clarifying accountabilities across HRBPs, service hubs, GBS, Centers of Expertise and managers.
• Collaborate with GBS and HR Operational Excellence to deliver payroll, workforce administration, HR data and other operational services; lead the French payroll team.
• Support the local HR transformation roadmap, including role clarity, process adoption, service transition and change management.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in France, with deep knowledge of French labor law and social dialogue mechanisms.
• Track record of developing and executing HR strategies that enhance engagement and culture.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to partner with senior leaders, HRBPs and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
