Senior Growth Marketing

About the role

Photoroom is looking for a senior growth marketing builder to unlock new acquisition channels for its fast‑growing SMB business. You will design, build and launch acquisition surfaces that attract new users, operating with high autonomy from idea to distribution and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue growth targets for SMB, driving measurable acquisition and conversion across paid, organic and experimental channels.
• Analyse market signals and create pages, tools and entry points that capture demand where users already are.
• Design, build and ship weekly growth experiments (SEO, partnerships, referral loops, viral mechanics, community, content) with a pace of 10+ experiments per month.
• Use AI‑powered tools to independently build production‑ready web experiences.
• Build dashboards and tracking to measure experiment impact from impression to paying user and scale winning initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years building or scaling growth in a high‑growth tech or AI company focused on SMB.
• Strong marketer with deep understanding of acquisition, distribution loops, messaging and demand capture.
• Hands‑on coder who can ship web experiences without waiting for developers.
• Data‑driven experimenter who sets up proper tracking and makes decisions based on results.
• Comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
