Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Product & Experimentation

About the role

Dolead is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to shape and deliver seamless user journeys from ad click to client contact. You will work in a small, cross‑functional squad, influencing product direction, experimenting with new ideas, and measuring impact on conversion and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end‑to‑end features using React, TypeScript/JavaScript on the front‑end and Python/Flask on the back‑end.
• Improve the architecture, performance and UX of high‑traffic landing pages and extend the journey beyond initial conversion.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Architecture teams to turn hypotheses into experiments, launch PoCs and scale successful solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions, challenge existing choices and help decide where technical investment adds the most value.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align technical decisions with user experience and commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a product‑led environment.
• Strong front‑end expertise with React and a solid understanding of web performance and user experience.
• Ability to own back‑end components, build APIs and work with Python services.
• Comfortable using data to run experiments, measure impact and iterate quickly.
• Fluent in French and English, with clear communication skills.
