Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Platform & Mobile) – AI & HealthTech

About the role

We are an innovative AI healthcare technology company building applications that connect AI‑powered surgical intelligence with hospital systems. As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer you will transform cutting‑edge AI capabilities into reliable, scalable products used in demanding clinical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack applications across web, mobile and cloud platforms.
• Create user‑facing products that integrate complex backend systems with intuitive workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, micro‑services and backend services.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to productionise new capabilities.
• Support cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and platform architecture.
• Integrate applications with healthcare technology environments and enterprise EHR systems (e.g., Epic) using HL7 standards.
• Improve system reliability, observability and performance.
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions and engineering best practices.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and domain experts to deliver new features.
• Own complex technical challenges from design through deployment.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in full‑stack, software or platform engineering.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, preferably with React.
• Solid backend engineering experience, including API design, databases and service architecture.
• Hands‑on experience integrating healthcare systems using HL7 standards.
• Experience working with EHR platforms such as Epic.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerised deployment.
