Senior Data Analyst – Sustainability & Impact

About the role

Eurazeo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Sustainability & Impact team. You will bridge the Sustainability & Impact and Data & AI functions, driving the digitalisation, quality control, and analytical delivery of ESG data across a large portfolio of companies.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain external ESG data providers, applying semantic and taxonomic standards for cross‑portfolio comparability.
• Own the end‑to‑end digitalisation of the annual ESG data collection for 600+ portfolio companies, including workflow design, quality assurance, versioning and accessibility.
• Produce regulatory analytics (SFDR PAI, EU Taxonomy) and maintain dashboards for investment teams, IR, regulators and LPs.
• Conduct sector benchmarking, trend analysis, outlier detection and impact scoring; support due‑diligence and LP reporting.
• Develop predictive models to assess ESG and climate‑related risk exposure.
• Act as the AI power user for the team, creating prompts, agents and workflows for analytical and client‑facing needs.
• Identify, prototype and prioritize AI use cases in ESG data processing, regulatory reporting and impact analytics.
• Monitor ESG data provider developments, regulatory changes and AI tooling, translating insights into workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in ESG or sustainability data analysis, preferably within asset management, private equity or financial‑institution consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for analytical querying.
• Strong command of at least one Business Intelligence platform (e.g., Power BI).
• Familiarity with ESG regulatory frameworks such as SFDR and EU Taxonomy.
