Senior Consultant – Concession & Design Engineering (T100)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead concession analysis and design improvement activities for Airbus projects in Toulouse. You will act as the technical liaison between quality, supply chain, and engineering teams, ensuring that non‑conformities are resolved efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Review concession data for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze deviations from engineering drawings, specifications, standards, or process requirements.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to clarify non‑conformances.
• Liaise with multiple functions to select the most appropriate repair solution, considering cost, time, performance, and installation requirements.
• Work with Supply Chain to secure rare repair fasteners before final disposition.
• Provide disposition decisions (use‑as‑is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).
• Identify recurring issues, escalate for corrective action, and propose design improvements.
• Design special parts when required to resolve non‑conformities.
• Recommend design change requests when non‑conformities stem from design flaws.
• Manage engineering data, documentation, and deliverables in line with quality and configuration standards.
• Support digital continuity initiatives and continuous improvement of design communication processes.
• Serve as technical representative for onsite‑offshore coordination, handling queries and technical escalations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end concession workflows and analysis (T100).
• Strong knowledge of Airbus documentation, acceptance criteria, and tool guidelines.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
