Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (MBB Experience Required)

About the role

We are seeking senior consultants with 3+ years of experience at top‑tier strategy firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. The role is remote and project‑based, focusing on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Break down consulting engagements into discrete, AI‑compatible tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to enable automated assessment of AI outputs at scale.
• Collaborate with data engineers and AI researchers to ensure the scenarios align with model training pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience designing consulting deliverables and evaluation criteria.
