Senior Care Ops

About the role

Alan is looking for a Senior Care Ops to lead the operational side of its prevention‑focused health offering. The role sits at the intersection of insurance, prevention and care, helping members live healthier lives while supporting employers in turning health benefits into a strategic investment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of preventive health initiatives across Alan’s member base.
• Collaborate with product, data and medical teams to integrate insurance, prevention and care into a seamless user experience.
• Ensure operational processes support Alan’s mission to make prevention the new norm of care.
• Monitor and improve operational performance to serve 1M+ members and support the company’s growth.

Required profile

• Passion for preventive health and a strong alignment with Alan’s mission.
• Experience in leading operational functions within health‑tech or insurance environments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven organization.
