Senior Business Development Manager / Supply - France

About the role

ConnectAd is a European, independent Supply-Side Platform focused on delivering high-quality supply and maximising revenue for its publisher partners. It is looking for an experienced Senior Supply Business Development Manager to accelerate publisher-side growth in the French market. This is a senior, supply-focused commercial role centred on identifying, acquiring and growing premium publishing partnerships with media owners and publishers across France.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and onboard premium French publishers and media owners onto the ConnectAd platform.
• Build and execute a supply-acquisition strategy targeting monetisation-ready inventory across formats and verticals.
• Grow relationships with existing publisher partners and expand their inventory, formats and revenue.
• Advise publishers on yield strategy, demand activation and platform integration.
• Work with Customer Success, account management, product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner activation.
• Represent ConnectAd at industry events, publisher meetings and stakeholder discussions in France.
• Monitor market trends and competition, and feed market feedback to product and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Substantial, proven experience in publisher development, supply-side partnerships, adtech or programmatic business development.
• Strong network across French publishers and media owners, with a track record of acquiring and growing revenue-generating partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, in a fast-moving, independent SSP environment.
• Professional proficiency in French and English (C1 or above).

Required skills

• Solid understanding of SSPs, header bidding, yield management, ad servers and programmatic monetisation.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, able to engage senior stakeholders.
