Senior Brand Designer, Experiential

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer, Experiential to lead the creation of immersive brand experiences for a global AI‑driven technology company. Based in France, you will translate brand strategy into physical and hybrid environments such as events, conferences, trade shows and customer activations, ensuring a consistent and high‑impact visual language.

Key responsibilities

• Extend the brand identity into physical and experiential settings across global events and activations.
• Design booth environments, spatial layouts, signage, merchandise and large‑format print assets from concept through production.
• Develop cohesive event identities that span physical, digital and hybrid experiences.
• Create digital experiential assets for webinars, virtual events and online launches.
• Storyboard and design motion‑based and screen content for presentations and keynotes.
• Collaborate with field marketing, product and cross‑functional teams to craft impactful concepts.
• Provide creative direction and production guidance to external vendors, agencies and fabricators.
• Own the full production lifecycle, including print setup, file preparation, technical specifications and on‑site execution.
• Maintain high‑quality standards while balancing creativity, feasibility, timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to scalable design systems for consistent global brand experiences.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in brand, visual or experiential design with a strong focus on physical events and spatial design.
• Proven track record of delivering real‑world brand experiences such as exhibitions, trade shows or large‑scale environments.
• Excellent visual design craft, including typography, layout, composition and brand translation across mediums.
• Deep knowledge of print production, large‑format design and fabrication processes.
