Senior Product Motion Designer – Poker

About the role

As a Senior Product Motion Designer you will join Betclic’s Product Creative team to bring the Poker experience to life through motion. This mobile‑first role focuses on creating real‑time animations that enhance feedback, rhythm and emotion directly in the product, using Rive as the core tool and leveraging AI to speed up exploration and production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce interactive animated experiences in Rive together with Product and Creative Designers, from concept to production.
• Build and maintain state machines and data bindings so animations react to live product data.
• Collaborate with Flutter engineers on integration, naming conventions and performance optimisation.
• Create motion files that respect Betclic’s motion principles and Design System, shaping the product design workflow.
• Balance craft with technical constraints such as file weight, smoothness, accessibility and device performance.
• Use AI tools throughout the process to accelerate ideation, production and iteration.
• Share learnings and help the team level up on motion design.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably on digital products.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Rive, including state machines and data binding.
• Proficiency with After Effects.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of game feel, pacing and satisfying interfaces.
• Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints.
• High standards for execution, craft and attention to detail.
• Autonomous, able to manage multiple projects from brief to delivery.
• Regular use of AI in your workflow and curiosity about its future.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
