Senior Account Manager – Fixed Term (France)

About the role

Netflix is expanding its Ads team and seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead end‑to‑end campaign execution for top strategic accounts in France. You will act as the primary liaison between sales partners and clients, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts in partnership with the Sales team.
• Lead the pre‑to‑post sale workflow, including RFP responses, media plan generation, and campaign kickoff.
• Develop and maintain training materials, onboard new Account Managers, and serve as the first escalation point for the team.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to design new products, improve processes, and run projects.
• Host weekly pipeline and pacing meetings to align on upcoming launches and performance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to produce custom creative assets and ensure technical implementation.
• Monitor delivery performance, provide optimization recommendations, and deliver post‑campaign wrap reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, media planning, and advertising campaign execution.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to handle escalations and drive solutions.
• Subject‑matter expertise in the French market or agency landscape.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across regional teams.
