Senior 2D Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior 2D Designer to join our creative studio. You will shape high‑impact visual experiences across museums, exhibitions, and immersive projects, working at the crossroads of design, storytelling, and spatial thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative, 3D, and Content teams to develop strong design concepts.
• Produce high‑quality 2D layouts, graphics, and visual assets for diverse projects.
• Manage and coordinate 2D deliverables throughout all project phases.
• Ensure design intent is maintained during construction through site visits and mock‑ups.
• Provide creative direction for graphic and media elements.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and client expectations.
• Contribute to presentations, briefs, and tender documentation.
• Support studio culture and follow internal processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with strong visual sensibility and attention to detail.
• Proven experience delivering 2D design across projects of varying scale.
• Solid understanding of materials, media, and graphic production methods.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers.
