Security Analyst – Vulnerability Management

About the role

The Security Analyst will act as the bridge between a large ethical‑hacker community and client security teams. Based in France, you will evaluate incoming vulnerability reports, validate findings, and help prioritize remediation to improve customers' security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate and assess vulnerability reports for uniqueness, relevance and actionability.
• Perform technical analysis, proof‑of‑concept validation and severity assessment, applying CVSS scoring.
• Provide remediation guidance and clear technical feedback to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct security testing across web, mobile, system and network environments.
• Act as escalation point for incident triage and researcher mediation.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing processes.
• Stay current with emerging threats, malware trends and attack techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in penetration testing, security testing or vulnerability assessment.
• Strong understanding of ethical hacking principles and bug‑bounty ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
