Sales Trainer & Event Field Manager

About the role

SharkNinja is looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer & Event Field Manager to join its French team. Based in Paris, you will support the Field Sales Director France by delivering training to sales teams and retail partners, designing in‑store sell‑out activations, and managing B2B and B2C events across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and roll out training programmes for sales forces, department managers and merchandisers through roadshows, regional sessions and webinars.
• Develop, maintain and update training materials; conduct store visits and provide on‑floor coaching.
• Measure training impact using KPIs, reporting and field feedback, and recommend corrective actions.
• Design, implement and optimise in‑store sell‑out activations in collaboration with agencies, KAMs and product marketing.
• Plan and execute B2B trade shows, sales conventions and distributor training sessions; support ad‑hoc B2C events with product marketing and PR teams.
• Manage budgets for training, activations and events and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business, marketing, sales or training.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail training, field sales or trade marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the French retail landscape, especially the home‑appliances sector.
• Fluent in French and English.

• Ability to design and deliver effective training programmes.
• Experience measuring and analysing KPI data.
• Project‑management skills for events and activations.
• Strong communication and coaching capabilities.
