Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager – Equipment & Systems

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager for Equipment & Systems to join the Customer Services Department in Toulouse, France. The role acts as Airbus’s representative, managing supplier relationships and supporting airline customers across the aftermarket support and services perimeter.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate supplier support conditions, including spares pricing and warranty terms, to protect Airbus and airline interests.
• Serve as the primary Customer Services focal point for Equipment & Systems, contributing to strategy and tender selections.
• Lead supplier performance rating, drive improvement plans, and handle escalations on supplier‑related issues.
• Coordinate periodic aftermarket reviews with key suppliers and support projects such as A380 obsolescence and program EIS.
• Participate in Service Forum to deploy new business models and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar aftermarket or supplier account management role.
• Strong autonomy, proactive mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, project and change‑management skills with a data‑driven approach.
• Fluent English; knowledge of the aeronautical sector is a plus.
