About the role
Greystar is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead leasing activities for its student housing portfolio in Paris. You will own the end‑to‑end leasing process, from managing listings to converting inbound enquiries into signed leases, while maintaining a high‑energy pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimise paid leasing channels and property listings.
- Handle inbound enquiries and guide prospects through the leasing cycle.
- Convert warm leads into resident contracts, ensuring no prospect goes cold.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, pricing and operational strategies.
- Monitor and report on leasing performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven track record in leasing or sales within property, hospitality or a comparable service‑driven environment.
- Experience with P&L responsibility and budget ownership.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong financial and numerical acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coaching abilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Experience with ILS (Internet Listing Services).
- Familiarity with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) for demand generation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead management.
