Sales Coordinator, Middle East - Eastern Europe - India

About the role

L-Acoustics is looking for a Sales Coordinator for its Middle East, Indian and Eastern Europe territory. This is a hands-on position reporting directly to the head of sales coordination, focused on day-to-day sales administration, coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring a premium relationship with customers. It acts as a key link between the salespeople and the clients.

Key responsibilities

• Sales support: help the sales team improve efficiency, relay direct customer feedback to the sales team and relevant departments
• Order processing: ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into the ERP system, receive and process purchase orders, verify orders including customer and payment details, contact customers about queries and missing information, issue invoices, handle shipping arrangements and documents (freight carrier and customs), and maintain sales and customer records
• Coordination: work with technical customer service, manufacturing and logistics and other internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency
• Records and reporting: maintain ERP/CRM records and tools, and give the finance department information on incoming and completed orders for cash-flow forecasting

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar environment
• Bilingual English and Russian
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong customer focus and good listening skills
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision, multi-task and prioritize

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of CRM and ERP software, preferably Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics
• Problem-solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills
