CEO EMEA

About the role

L-Acoustics, a European manufacturer of premium professional sound systems for live events, is creating a dedicated EMEA Regional Business Unit. The CEO EMEA will lead, structure and accelerate the performance of the EMEA region, consolidating sales, business development and application under unified leadership, and will act as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Hold full topline accountability for the EMEA region and drive commercial strategy, revenue growth and customer acquisition
• Strengthen performance across sales, business development, application engineering and go-to-market operations, and set commercial KPIs, forecasts and reporting standards
• Build and lead a high-performing EMEA leadership team, working with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and development
• Take part in defining the EMEA Business Unit's mission, operating perimeter and organizational model, including phased roadmaps and future financial governance
• Set up regional performance management systems, define the annual budget and report accurately to the global executive team
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, ethical standards and safety procedures, and champion risk management
• Represent the brand, maintain relationships with key accounts and partners, and coordinate regional marketing and communication

Required profile

• Master's degree in business management or equivalent
• At least 15 years of general management experience, ideally as a country or regional P&L leader in an international matrix organization
• Proven track record of P&L leadership in the EMEA region
• Experience in a technology-driven company, preferably B2B; a background in a premium market position is a plus
• Strategic decision-maker with a hands-on approach, strong people leadership and ability to build teams in a complex matrix organization
